Single ladies policy: The Berners Hotel welcomes many Lady business guests who travel alone, therefore we have introduced a "Single lady policy" to help make them feel more comfortable and secure during their stay. For example, reception staff ensure that the guest's room number is not announced on check-in or allocate a room long distance from the lift.
