  • Complimentary breakfast.
  • Tiny room, tinier bathroom.

“My friend and I stayed there in early August 2006. We had a double bed room. Basically two twin beds. The room was utterly tiny. My friend who had the inner bed which he almost had to climb over my bed to get to the bathroom. There was no A/C, just a fan attached to the wall. It was like a sweat house. I didn't use my cover once during the four days. The bathroom was worst. Totally jammed in with shower, sink and toilet. The sink and toilet were so close to together that if you are 5'10" or taller, you probably won't be able to sit on the toilet. The shower stall was built for a small people - small skinny people. Anyone bigger will end up banging around or hitting around the stall. Staff does good housekeeping, complimentary breakfast proves to be good and location proves to be excellent. I think many of the "amenities" listed are stuff close by, not in the hotel itself. Staff at the desk doesn¿t seem to be very knowledgeable. I asked one about the "City Visitor Centre" and he claims London don't have one. There's one at Number 1 Regent Street which we found easily. Overall, not much recommended, very tiny room, even tinier bathroom. Totally unacceptable during the hot summer months.”
