  • Fantastic view from the window.
  • No bottles of water in room, and were told water from bathroom ok to drink.

“That there was a car parking charges of -u15 for guests staying at the hotel.”

  • Beautiful hotel with good service and good restaurants
  • The room was comfortable and clean

“When booking online you don't know what you are getting. Pictures of the rooms are necessary. Not only the best rooms but all types of rooms.”

  • I cannot fault the hotel in any way it excelled in every respect
  • If i was to be very critical the room was a little chilly

“Amazing hotel, fantastic location, the directions could be a little clearer on the internet. I was disappointed that I had to pay to get into the gym and that the parking was so expensive at a weekend buta part from that fantastic and it was not so important that it marred my stay”

  • the room we had was clean, the view was good
  • the docklands railway was the nearest thing to us , which we would hear from our room

  • Really friendly staff spacioous room but was very cold/shower needed servicing would stay again
  • Above explains all

“In general we were satisfied with the hotel but felt that to mention the heating and shower would have taken some time. I am sure that the staff would have attended to our needs if we had informed them. We dined at two of the restaurants and were delighted with both the food and service.”

  • disappointed with state of facilities in room and size of room. Could have been cleaner too. And the bed was awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“The parking was extortionate for what was offered. The room was on the small side. The bath and sink were stained.The breakfast was very expensive. And the double bed wa sactually two singles pushed together which made for uncomfortable sleeping for the two of us.”

  • Spiral staircase and lovely views
  • False information about room service - took ages to get a response only house wine available.

“Really like this hotel it's in the heart of Canary Wharf and has the feeling of luxury as soon as the front door opens.”

  • We had a excellent lunch in your hotel as was the breakfast
  • We found parking a little difficult

  • Our family room was an excellent size and staff were very accommodating.
  • Wasn't aware that we had to pay extra to use pool and my baby (because she was under 2) was not allowed in.

“Good value for money. We had lots of space in our family room and staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially with the children. The only disappointment was we had to pay extra for the pool/gym facilities, which were on the small side and my second child (under 2) wasn't allowed in the pool.”

  • quiet well ordered hotel- no waiting for lifts - enjoyed the swim
  • breakfast was awful croisants cold, had to ask for coffee or tea, not enough choice of cheese or ham or fresh fruit

“Room facilities were good. The only thing I would have liked would have been net curtains or a blind, so that I could have had daylight and privacy.

Breakfast could definately be improved upon, with more choice and better service.”

“angenehme, klassische bis relaxte Business-AtmosphSre fnr einen kurzen bis mittleren Freizeitaufenthalt in einem neuwertigen Hotelbetrieb. Durch die gute Anbindung an den +PNV (Tube, DLR) k'nnen alle Sehenswnrdigkeiten problemlos erreicht werden. Lediglich in die Ausbildung speziell des Servicepersonals sollte noch weiter investiert werden.”

  • queue for lifts (only two working), hotel showing it's age

“The hotel is in a great location but is showing its age. For example: the bathroom was dated and the mirror has lost some silvering: the lifts were in a poor condition and the queue for the lifts was unacceptable (one was out of order so we all huddled in the relatively small space allocated for the lift waiting area): the public mens' washroomn on the ground floor is in a particularly tatty condition. In summary I believe that this hotel is in desparate need of a refurb.”

  • Breakfast was excellent
  • The lifs were out of action only one was working

“With it being in central London it gives good value for money, and because of its closeness to the underground we had no nessesity to take the car with us. The staff are always polite and efficient, we are very pleased with this hotel and will go again and agian.”
