• Bathroom was nice.
• Room small; closet (actually a wardrobe) totally inadequate.

“Despite the fact that this is a Hilton hotel, we would rate the bathroom four stars and the room two stars. We were given no information about the cost of breakfast in the breakfast room until after we had continental breakfast there the first morning. Imagine our shock to discover it was $25.00 each! Based on our overall experience, we would not go to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.”

• Comfortable bed, air conditioning, room service, location.
• Traffic noise in front facing rooms.

“This hotel is very conveniently located in Central London. There is a bus stop in front, and it is a 5 minute or less walk to the Euston tube station or the St. Pancras-Kingscross station. There is an Enterprise car rental less than 2 blocks down the street. The room was very comfortable and room service was very good.”

“Hotel with tiny rooms located in back of beyond (for my purposes) in an uncharming part of London. But it's new and clean.”

• Good location, relatively good price.
• Internet connection didn't work, no business center, no ability to print out a document I urgently needed, crummy fitness center.

• Excellent and convenient location, clean and well kept.
• Internet access was in a smoking area.

“It is a great choice, for cleanness and location. Small but well kept. Free access to a nice relaxing gym was plus. I'm happy with the experience.”

• The room was elegant, spacious and clean.
• The hotel didn't have rooms for us.

“Nice bar, nice resturant, good location. Simply fullfill our expections, excpet they didn't respect our reservations for the first night.”

• Very helpful concierge
• They overbooked and tried to steer us to another hotel.

“There seems to be little control over the number of stars that are assigned to a hotel. Our room was very small (ca. 9 ft X 12 ft). The double bed was accessible only from one side. The staff was good. Breakfast was not included, but was available for an additional $30.00/person. In my 50 years of visits to London, this is the first time that a full English breakfast was not part of the room rate. ”

• A little out of the way for the main attractions, but very convenient to tube and train station
• Not enough quality restaurant in area

• I got excellent quality for the price

“The hotel was located within a few short blocks of two tube stations and the British museum. This made for an excellent location. The room was very nice and the price was fantastic!”

• It is very convenient to mass transportation and fast food
• Steps up to front entrance door

“I'm not a writer but this is an older hotel that's been recently taken over by Hilton.Location good, service good, rooms a good size for Europe and clean.We were allowed to check in at noon instead of the posted 3pm which really was nice.Staff very professional and helpful.Well worth price we paid.”
