• Great staff, comfortable beds, good room in general.
• Hot (free) breakfast wasn't hot.

“The HIE may well be the best choice in accommodations within 100 miles of Lethbridge. It offered everything we needed and more, and was very comfortable, and the staff was very user-friendly! Someone who would be disappointed with the HIE probably shouldn't be staying in Lethbridge.”
