• Location, style.
• Bathroom uncomfortably small, but that is part of the charm of the property.

“We were only in the room for quite literally about 6 hours. It was clean, linens were fresh and attractive, carpet a bit worn/traveled, great bathroom amenities, excellent high speed internet that thankfully was not an additional charge, friendly front desk. My only beef is that I left my cell phone charger behind in the room. When I finally received contact back from the hotel, I have to pay to have it sent back. We didn't even eat the continental breakfast at the hotel because we left at 5 AM. I think they could have ate the very minor mailing cost of a tiny phone charger. That's my only complain.”

• Nice location.
• Seemed understaffed, food, just felt "uncozy".

“Overall a basic hotel experience from a place that calls themselves the best in Saskatchewan. If thats the best. Then poor travelers. The decor is magnificent, entry and hallways are nicely kept. Staff seemed unhappy to be there, made us feel unwelcome. From all my travels, this hotel left an uncomfortable feeling during our stay. Food in restaurant was bar grade, we expected more from a "4 diamond" property.”
