• Family mood, nice hotel.
• A little old. Carpet is a little dirty.

• Front desk very helpful, they sent someone to my room to assist me with my internet connection, promptly.
• Small sitting area in lobby.

• Great location, nice breakfast, complimentary access to shower/Jacuzzi/locker after check-out.
• Jacuzzi not always clean. So many teenagers partying until midnight.

“Great location at the entrance of pedestrian village. Spacious suites are great for family trip. Beware during school break weekend in early-mid March, there are so many teenagers hanging around, and partying through midnight. Front desk staff seems incapable to manage security.”

• Great location, close to everything. Comfortable one bedroom suite, friendly staff.
• The rooms are very dusty; they never vacuum if you don't ask. I don't think they ever vacuumed sofas and chairs. They were just covered with dust.

“We stayed during the last week of February. The hotel location is great and close to everything. One bedroom suite is very nice and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Room cleaning every day. Towels are changed every day. Very friendly staff¿s would not recommend anybody to go there during march break. There were many teens and they were very loud. Overall it's nice place to stay at Mont Trmblant.”
