• We were charged for parking - it's not even downtown.

• Spacious rooms and comfy bed. Clean and nice.

“The hotel was conveniently located in an area with plenty to do around. A big mall across the street, an other attractions were around although I didn't have the time to see any. The room was spacious and clean, the bath room was very nice. The service was great even at late hours. I would stay in this hotel again and again.”

• Nothing it was discusting toe nail in
  A/C and on floor! Ceiling in washroom had hair and brown spots on it.
• Terrible slow elevators dont think it was a 3 star cleaniness of the room was terrible and hotel did nothing about it

“This hotel was terrible! Not a 3 star in my books! The room was not clean toe nails in airconditioner and on the floor the air conditioner was loud and did not work well the ceiling in washroom had hair all over it and brown spots? Talk to hotel manager room was suppose to be recleaned and wasnt! to fix the ac they turned it to heat! terrible hotel not happy at all.”

“The room was nice, staff was good, and however, the indoor pool was under construction, also there aren't any outdoor lounging areas. The hotel breakfast dinner had a very poor food selection. Also it is too far from Montreal, which was over 20 minutes away plus heavy traffic. This place overall was not up to par.”

• Convenient to shopping, highways and restaurants.
• Room was noisy on second floor next to roof top air handlers, room next door had baby who was left to cry to sleep in the evening and also at 5 AM.

• Location is close to Montreal, major highways and shopping centers. Room has two queen beds.
• Swimming pool is really very small for a 3 star hotel. And it's obviously not well maintained. Pool water looks dirty.

• Internet is free. Good size rooms, esp. the 2 beds.
• Swimming is dirty. Needs to watch those using it. Cigarettes floating on the pool, exercise machines are broken, not well maintain.

• Great location if you have transportation.
• Driving to/from hotel can be tricky without GPS.

“Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Even the security was friendly and watchful of the halls and parking lot. On site restaurant was good. But I found the staff was not very friendly towards non French speaking people.”

• Aesthetics in the room, and bath tub could be better.

“The first room provided to me was smoking, everything in the room was stinking, but when notified the front desk, they changed the room to non-smoking ASAP.”

• Ideal location across from largest shopping centre in Montreal area.
• Does not have an all-day in-house restaurant.

“Ideal location for shopping across from Carrefour Laval Shopping Centre. Easy to find, large parking lot with easy access. Friendly, efficient staff. Restaurant available for breakfast only, as is the room service. Adjoining Cage aux Sports restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel and is not appropriate, serving mainly a sports bar menu. Internet access is very reliable.”

• I liked the location, close to everything I needed. Across the street from the shopping centre.
• Room was very drab.

• Very friendly and helpful staff and nice king bed.
• Pool and gym small, cage aux sports dining room table dirty.

“Customer service is impeccable. The king size bed has a cool feature that you can adjust stiffness or softness of the bed from the right or left side independently. The restaurant Cage aux Sports was dirty (not the food, but the place and tables in general). In general, the hotel lived up to the 3-star rating. A small fridge would be a good addition.”

• Room service was closed for staff Christmas party, we were not informed at booking.
