• The staff, & location.
• Identity theft situation, lack of integrity.

“The location and staff is quite good. The accommodations are worn, lack maintenance, unclean and have bugs. Beds linens are inadequate in length. Before we discovered the 3rd world unit, we had a huge issue because we felt requiring our passports and copying them was way out of line; they insisted so it became quite a problem when we refused. As perhaps retribution, we were then informed that the unit we thought we were given was not available and we were placed far away from the oceanfront. They demanded also our credit card information in case we were to purchase something from the little shelf they refer to as the store. Strongly recommend avoiding.”

• Friendly nice clean beautiful great value.
• There is not spa.

“Great experience! I spent wonderful day with my family the beach is really nice and relaxing. Our villa was comfortable, clean and it's more like renting a house on the beach the view is incredible! The staff was very helpful. We expect to come back next year definitely great place.”

• Quiet, lovely grounds.
• No food available, had to go into town for food.

“They are in the process of remodeling a restaurant. However, it was very disconcerting to arrive and find there was no food available anywhere nearby.”
