  • One individual in your front counter and check-in staff.

“My family and I stayed here for our vacation, it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in here close to home or otherwise. They have some of the most excellent staff. The check-in staff has room for improvement, but everyone one else I encountered was the friendliest, most hard-working, very attentive individuals that I have seen in a long time. If you want a truly relaxing, wonderful place to stay while in Mazatlan, I would recommends this hotel to any and everyone.”
