• Location.
• Poor food quality, pricey for rate paid, stuffy feeling.

“I've stayed at Marco Polo. We stayed there for two days, took all meals there and the choices and quality of the food was poor for a 5-star level hotel they claim to be. Carpets need updating, I have stayed at other hotels in area much nicer and better priced.”

• Not crowded, elegant, friendly, workers are well disciplined, & well educated.
• Smoking rooms are recommended for non-smokers. Please separate your smoking rooms or suite to non smokers.

“I like this Hotel very much coz I feel secured. Far from crowd and the security guards are doing well their Duties. Not loud even though its in Downtown. Very elegant. The Hotel Workers are friendly and understanding. But please be stricter with cleanliness especially of the kitchen utensils like Cups & Spoons and Table Napkins coz were so sensitive our immunity is weaker than the Asians & other Guest. More Power to the Staff & Member of this Hotel. Regards to all of you especially to Denden Edoc in fitness studio & Swimming pool.”
