Park Royal Cozumel is a 3 star All Inclusive Hotel, presenting a 10 story building that features impressive Mayan style stone work, as well as lush and extensive gardens that surround the building and the large, free-form swimming pool. A private underpass leads to a natural secluded beach, set up in a small cove. Located just 5 minutes from downtown and only 10 minutes from Cozumel International Airport, the hotel is situated just in front of one of the main barrier reeves for which Cozumel is famous worldwide, and very close from Puerta Maya, one of Cozumel International Piers where the most beautiful cruise ships arrive to the island.

Staff, food, Cozumel, show, garden.

“Great holiday ! Good food. Family friendly hotel, helpful staff, very clean, just one small problem (a sales guy) was a bit too much greedy and nasty. All what he cares about is pesos and if u say its ok I can manage to hire a jeep on my own then that is it, you won't see smile on his tiny face any more. Not even good morning, nothing at all!”

Staff was friendly and it was clean.
Food poisoning, bland food, noisy.

“I do not recommend this hotel, noisy, the food was bland and Americanized, I got food poisoning from eating here and had to be hospitalized when I returned home. Management woke us up in the morning to tell us to remove towels that were hanging to dry on the balcony. Served Alcohol to minors even with the appropriate wrist bands indicating they were minors.”

We liked some of the people that worked there.
Manager was terrible. He was not friendly or helpful.

“We liked the hotel but our daughter was very ill after eating in the Italian restaurant. She could not eat or even go out of the room for days. We got there and had problems checking in and then the Sunday we only were there one day and she ate 2 and was so sick that we almost took her to the hospital. While checking out we found that she was not the only one and that several families had the same experience with the Italian restaurant.”

Food drinks and rooms.
Location, tourist and time share sales people.

“Wow! What a great time had by all! I was so happy about the food and drink selection. And the rooms were clean and bright. Oh, I met these wonderful families from Delaware county. These guys know how to party all night long! I will be back!”
