• Great hospitality and friendly staff, If you needed something you were accommodated right away!
• Was disappointed that there was no pool.

• It was in a perfect location to be. We had to go the staff was nice and room was clean.
• I have nothing to say it was perfect for our needs.

• It was close to the 401, arenas and shopping.
• Sound travels through the building.

“It was the only place left with rooms and would have been a good hotel for attending a hockey tournament, nothing flashy, but we were there basically to sleep. The hotel has had a make over, but really needs a total gutting or new building given that it is in a good location. The room door had a 1/2 inch gap at the top and people were running up and down the hallways until 4am, we had to be up at 6am for a 7:30 game, needless to say we did not get any sleep. Woke up to writing on the walls of the hallway, why they dont have security is beyond me. I would only stay there again if I was really stuck for a room.”

• Hotel room were clean
• Staff and management

“It used to be a comfortable hotel last year however this year when I went, the management there was very rude and acted inappropriately. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there anymore.”
