  • Staff spoke excellent English, free wireless access.
  • No Subway stop nearby, an airport shuttle.

“After staying in a couple of other hotels in Mexico, Mission was a pleasant surprise. The staff had their act completely together. They were very well informed, very helpful and spoke excellent English. The city tours of Mexico City and the Pyramids start right outside the hotel door. It is walk able to Zone Rosa, Condense and all the great clubs/pubs/restaurants. The area is extremely safe to walk even late at night. The rooms are compact but very cute, cheerful and modern. Free wireless internet is definitely a plus!”

  • The hotel was clean and safe.
  • I didn't care for the gaudy interior design.

“I was a disappointed when I learned they accepted my price because of the unflattering pictures and reviews of this hotel. Once in Mexico city, the taxi driver's response to my question on the hotel made me worry a little more. After staying one night in the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel and the rooms were always clean, the staff was always attentive and nice and the hotel felt safe. All in all, it was a good stay.”

  • The hospitality of the bartender Mr. Francisco and had a wonderful and helpful staff at the lounge.
  • Maybe front desk should be friendlier, good morning or good evening when they saw us at the lob that would helps as their guests.

“Overall ,everything was just fine, the room was always clean when we returned in the evening and the hospitality of the employees of the lounge were great ,especially Francisco and the young man that was serenading with his music ,because of them I will return to the hotel as a guest.”

  • It was a pleasant place to be. The staffs were very helpful. It is a place that I will recommend to friends and family.
  • I didn't like the restaurant. The food was awful. However, Mexico City do have world class restaurant over the DF.

“Colon Mision Reforma is ones of the best hotel that I stayed. I have traveled all over the world and Colon Mission Reforma for the price is among the best. The location in Mexico City is the best for traveler as well as business people. It is locate along many embassies, near the seat of government and the financial district of Mexico.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • It's a Nice hotel if you only want to have a nice night.
  • It was a little funky on the halls to the rooms not enough TV channels.

“It was a different experience, I need for my traveling internet and the business center is crappy, the halls are a little funky and not enough TV stations, but over all that I think you can have a nice night. So if you don't care of the nice facilities, as TV, or business center it's nice.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • They were able to accommodate me with a master suite, when the air conditioner went out in my original room.
  • The a/c went out in my room, but the staff was very helpful in moving me to another room. Some might say the beds are too hard, but I didn't care.

“I think the hotel was a good one for the price. I know that the bed was a little too hard, but I got a great price. The staff was very helpful, but a little standoffish, but don't worry the room is okay for the price.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The location of the hotel.
  • The electric problems with the rooms.

“The rooms were big but the beds are hard and the pillows are flat. The light switches don't work in all rooms we had to move several times to new rooms.”

  • Has very good location just in reforma street.
  • Nothing. The hotel is fairly good for the price paid.

“If you happen to be in Mexico City and want a good hotel without fancy things, in the middle of reforma street and a good fare, you can choose this one for sure.”
