“I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed the service at the front desk was lousy we were not told of the amenities at the hotel at all. The decor is very old fashioned (70s), the carpets through out the complex need major upgrades they are spotted and old. They didnt accommodate my husband and I with a king size bed, they kept us in a 2 queen beds room. There was a bug in the room. The decor in the room was also in need of an upgrade. Access to the beach and pool was just a hassle and the hours were not good from 9am to 7pm? Maybe it does tell something about that part of the island. The internet access was also very uncomfortable and not convenient. The keys for rooms kept demagnetizing. Just to say a few words.”
