• Spacious, clean rooms, beautifully designed and decorated.
• No TV, but honestly, didn't really miss it.

“Beautifully built and decorated safari lodge (this coming from an architect). We had a gorgeous, spacious room on the upper level (recommended for better view). The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. There was no TV, but we didn't miss it. They also offered massages and pedicures, etc. Our balcony overlooked the crater and we were treated to a fantastic sunrise view. The food was excellent, although we would have liked either an a la carte menu or a larger selection. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We stayed there the nights of April 7th and 8th, 2008. Out of the four Serena Lodges we visited during our trip (Mountain Village, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and this one) this was my husbands' favorite.”
