  • Staff were helpful, patient and courteous. Centrally located. Good food. Great value.
  • It just needs a freshen up - its a little worse for ware in places.

“The central city location and helpfulness of the staff were the highlights of my 3 day stay at the Kings Perth. The rooms and facilities are a little dated but sufficient for a relaxed stay. I'm a non smoker so the Hotel's non smoking policy was a relief although rooms a little musty with age. The meals in the restaurant were very nice. The hotel needs refurbishing but generally I felt that it was good value for money and I'd stay again.”
