“This hotel is awesome! The room was spectacular, even including its own computer! I highly recommend this hotel for any type of traveler.”

  • Nothing. It was horrible.
  • Dirty, bathrooms were smelly, sink was broken, toilet was leaking, door was broken, furniture was cheap.

“My Spain experience this time was a bit disappointing. This hotel was disgusting on many levels. The staff was not very friendly as they wouldn't even give my room an extra blanket seeing as it was their fault they hadn't supplied one in the first place. They room smelled of mold and garbage, and the bathrooms were even worse: the toilet was leaking, the sink caused a flood, and the door didn't work. To attempt to cheer up my day, I ventured down into the "business center" where I found non-working computers that were slow and helpless. There aren't any decent restaurants within a normal walking distance. There aren't any great shopping places unless you'd like to buy tacky jewelry. And there weren't any great shows unless you wanted to see a horrible reenactment of beauty and the beast. As I rode the extremely noisy elevator up to my room and attempted to unlock my door, I was brutally alerted that my key didn't work. I got a new one and went into my room and climbed up the bunk bed. As I attempted to get down, however, I also realized that there was no way to get safely down because the ladder had fallen off. How did they expect to get big groups of kids at this hotel? In addition, I requested a wake up call and instead of receiving a phone call, a staff member came into my room without warning. It was ridiculous. Finally, the television was blurry and only had shows in Dutch. And the electric outlets were dangerous seeing as I got electricuted from pulling out one of my own plugs.”
