• Only good thing is the car parking to the road leading to the Hilton.
• Unhelpful staff, food was overpriced and poor, will never go there again.

“I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years. I stopped using it in the year about 2000 because it had no air conditioner and I used to stay mainly in the summer months. I then started using the Hilton in Bracknell which is a nice hotel. I read that the Coppid beech has had some refurbishing done and now has AC so I decided to stay again. What a bad decision! I arrived Saturday and the staff was less than helpful. I had an important meeting on Sunday and went to bed at 10.30pm. At midnight I was awoken by a group of about 6 children running around the corridors, shouting and screaming. I complained to reception who again seemed uninterested. I then attempted to go back to sleep but could not because of the noise from the nightclub down below, I gave up trying to sleep at 2am and went and complained to reception, who found me another room at the other side of the hotel. I finally got some sleep at about 2.30am. So much for a good night's sleep! I also ordered a Sunday newspaper which did not arrive, when I asked about it at reception, they said they would get one from the garage over the road as I was leaving the hotel. This is definitely the last time I stayed at this hotel. If you want a good night's sleep, go to a Premier Inn. At least they give a good night guarantee. When I challenged the duty manager on checkout and said I was not happy about paying for a nights rest where I only got about 3 hours sleep, he reluctantly reduced the price of my room but had an attitude and tried to say I was lying about the noise from the nightclub. If you are staying in Bracknell, go to the Hilton, the service is better, the staff is much friendlier and treat you as a guest and not an irritation and also the breakfast is better at the Hilton. Do not stay at this hotel!”
