• Head waiter was wonderful and the food was good.
• Bad service for the price and lacks the amenities it advertises.

“My husband and I spent our anniversary night at this hotel. It was a horrible and expensive mistake! The room we requested did not have the amenities that were advertised. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it had no dvd player, no balcony and no air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open all night and two birds flew into our room. After wetting ourselves down to stay cool we asked for a fan and were told they did not have any. The food was overpriced but it was good. Unfortunately, when we complained the next day the hotel did not even offer us a discount or a return stay. We did not get any sleep because of the heat and could not wait to get out of that room by morning. Because we stayed on the top floor in what was supposed to be one of the nicest rooms and we paid for the best, we expected better service. For the amount paid, we had a miserable experience and will never return to this hotel again.”
