• Location, security & overall appearance.
• Bathroom.

“Great location if you want to be in the center of everything. Still regarded by the locals as a 5 star hotel. Ocean views are great. Pyramid shape adds to the enchantment! Lots of restaurants, shops & transportation walk by.”

• Tremendous value, dollar for dollar one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
• Only one worker spoke English and they didn't speak it too well.

“The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, it was in a fantastic location, and we had a great time! As I said before, dollar for dollar it was probably the nicest place I have ever stayed at.”

• Great view and beach, nice pool, in center of everything.
• Rooms were very basic but so was price, it was very loud music on the weekend.

“The hotel was for a short stay, 2 days, till we could get into our timeshare resort - so it fulfilled the requirements and price we needed. The staff I found helpful and responsive to anything I asked about. I was there at spring break week so it became very noisy in all the public areas after Friday night. The young people seemed to be having fun there. I was glad to move to a quieter resort though. I would suggest it though with awareness of what its limitations are.”

• The hotel was in a central location. The pool & bar area was set-up nicely, especially having music to listen to while basking in the sun.
• The towels in the room were very worn and didn't absorb well. When sitting on the beach, the vendors were quite annoying.

“The hotel is in a very central location, very accessible to all that Acapulco has to offer. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms could have been larger and better lighting. The food was good and reasonably priced.”

• It was clean and centrally located.
• No carpets, no refrigerator, hard pillows, no Cont. Breakfast.

“The pillows were like bricks, and there were no small refrigerators available for my diabetic supplies. The desk clerk said there were none in the hotel at all.”

• Noise, doors between the rooms, I could hear next door TV and people talk.

“Crowne plaza hotel is located right in the middle of the bay which I liked. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Excellent view. At my check out I was charged for a phone call $3 which I had already paid at the day when I made the phone call. So I was charged twice. Overall I enjoyed my stay there. I would most likely stay there again.”

• Hotel room was very small but had been recently renovated and was in tip top condition with very nice bed linens.
• Restaurants (all four) were closed for lunch until 1 pm and I needed to eat at noon.

“Beautifully renovated hotel in excellent location near Plaza Diana on great beach with wonderful pools. Rooms¿ small but renovated to high standard with nice furnishings and good beds! Architecturally striking.”
