• The entire staff was very professional and friendly.
• The room although nice was a little small.

• We liked the aesthetic design about the room.
• Too much nickel and dimming.

“Very fancy hotel, but without the personalized touches that can make a hotel stay fabulous. Extra charges for internet access and overly expensive room service menu felt overly extravagant. Walking through the lobby, I often felt underdressed, or outclassed, by others who were dressed to the nines or in the latest fashion wear. That being said, the hotel was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and of reasonable size and it clearly deserves a high star rating. Just not the sort of place for the casual traveler who is not on an expense account, if you want to use the other hotel facilities.”
