• Has potential if they get their act together.
• Booked 2 months in advance and this was a horrible experience.

“This was an absolute nightmare! Car park was blocked off, back door of hotel was locked so had to carry own luggage in 35 degree heat around to the front. air-conditioning in the room barely worked, was non smoking room which reeked of cigarette smoke, sink in bathroom was covered in someone's hair from shaving, and the room above mine was being renovated so for 3 hours there was sounds of drilling and banging checked in at 2pm walked out of the hotel at 5pm and they had the cheek to ask me to pay for it! No apology no offer to fix problems, every thing I said they had an answer for. They need to learn about customer service as they had none!”
