- Great location.
- Hidden costs, rude and misleading staff.
“Great location and good price. However, as usual things were not as good as they seemed! The room was far from the quality, and was no where near good enough for three people to share. Guest services were also a let down, the average wait time for any service was an hour, and that was for simple stuff such as asking for extra tea bags! I also found the staff misleading.”

- Concierge helpful - as it was a rainy week, he checked weather radars if we were venturing out with our baby.
- Misleading ads, downright rude check in staff, small rooms, and ugly views.
