• Leaving the inn for the last time.
• The balcony was not large enough for 2 people to sit.

“I attended a conference at the Inn. To say the least, I was not impressed. The trouble started upon arrival. I had requested and early arrival but when I got there I was told they were cleaning the room and it would be 30 minutes. I checked back in 60 minutes and was told the room would not be ready for another hour. This I found upsetting, someone had lied to me. When I complained to the manager I was given a room key immediately. Why was a room suddenly available? It was a struggle to get extra towels. It was someone elses job. The food at the conference was eatable. When the conference was over it took some people over an hour to get breakfast. It was scary, all the houses in the area had fences and the driveways had gates with padlocks. Some of the police had bullet proof vests.”

• Views, rooms, pool bar was never open.
• Food service.

“The hotel is beautiful, however, the service at the restaurants has much to be desired. The bar staff is very slow, took 45 minutes just to get apps and my sizzling dinner came out greasy and cold.”
