Beds, hot breakfast and brunch included in the room rate!
Older property, but has lots of history!
“I have stayed at the Fort Garry a few times over the last couple of years. The staff are very friendly and the lobby area is amazing. I love the breakfast and the Sunday Brunch is the best I have ever had. I love the chocolate fountain! You can have free tea or coffee delivered any time and I liked being able to order it for a specific time in the morning so it would be outside my door when I got up. The feather bedding makes it feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. I enjoyed going to the gym, pool and hot tub. As some have mentioned the hotel is over 90 years old and it is actually a Historic Landmark! The front desk agents will give you a booklet of it's history and the ghost stories if you ask. I really enjoy my stays when I come to Winnipeg and stay at The Fort Garry. Make sure to look at the pictures of the hotel being built down beside the front desk towards the gift shop. The spa on the tenth floor is now open. I didn't get a chance to try their services but they sound great. I would recommend you give the hotel a chance and make your own decision. It just may be your new favorite hotel in Winnipeg. ”
