• Free internal access in only lobby area.
• The room was not clean.

“It is located in the back side of street. The room was not clean and not impressive. Free wireless internet access was good but only available in the lobby area. I'd better stay in the different hotel.”

• Just the location.
• This hotel doesn¿t even fit on the 2 star rating, yet you¿re advertising it as a 3 star.

“A big turn off, there are some cockroach in the bathroom. Definitely, will not go back to this hotel again.”

• Cable TV.
• Poor shower, broken ac, no mini bar, very noisy.

“You get what you pay for. Very noisy, kind of scary if walking late at night to hotel. A/c remote secured in plastic case to wall. Ac did not work. Shower water poor, and either scalding hot or cold. Maids knock/wake you up at 0800 Sunday morning requesting to clean room. Maids fail to leave clean towels, toilets flush well.”

• Location near to Zona Rosa, Friendly/Efficient staff and price.
• Inadequate workout equipment

“My partner and I spent a long, non-business, weekend here and loved its location and price. Very efficient, English speaking front desk staff. Wi-Fi in lobby (bring your laptop PC, however, as there is no PC provided by the hotel). On-site small restaurant served tasty food. Very easy walk to sites in Zona Rosa. Available to all the bus tours, such as the tour to the Pyramids ( a great tour by the way). Recommend this hotel highly.”
