• Grounds were clean and location was great.
• Website misleading, pool bar and 2 of 3 restaurants were closed for entire week.

“Hotel website is very misleading. They state they have three restaurants, pool bar and spa. I even received emails the day before we left for vacation asking us to purchase spa and meal packages. Upon arrival, the spa, pool bar and 2 of the three restaurants were closed the entire week. Upon talking to the bar tender, he laughed and said those areas are not used. Meals were expensive. It would cost a small fortune with kids. Their menus didn't have many kids.”

• Scuba diving was great!
• Pretty pictures and brochures can be very misleading!

“Sewer gas smell 24/7, 20% add on to everything when you check out, room unlocked everyday, no hot water 5 out of 6 days, no electricity 2 days, , pool unusable in November 2006 cold even in a full dive wetsuit, diving was great! Dive shop was substandard. Rent a golf cart and eat and drink in town, much more diverse, cheaper and a lot more fun. Now if we had only stayed someplace else!”
