• petit dejeuner copieux - bon quartier
• chambre petite-mauvaise insonorisation

“J'aurai aime pouvoir leur ecrire par mail mais impossible.
Sinon bon emplacement, mais la chambre Ttait vraiment petite - manque de rangement ( TtagFres )- tres belle salle de bains - propre - bon equipement de la chambre - personnel accueillant - tres mauvaise insonorisation ( on avait l'impression que le voisin etait dans notre chambre !!”

• clean room, convenient location
• Room rather different (worse) to photo I saw online. Restaurant was a bit crowded.

“A quiet and comfortable location. Reasonably close to tube stations and shops. The left luggage room was not secure enough. There was a door lock but any customer may get the key and help themselves in leaving and collecting luggage.”

“Initially we were allocated the wrong room,a double instead of a twin.
I suspect it was an attempt to use up a very poor room as it was small ,dark and dreary. Fortunately thr secon room was much better”

• friendly staff,enough and better breakfast as expected,clean room, Lift ok,
• A little bit noisy, but for short time in bed ok

“At the arrival we could choose from 2 types of rooms: Double or twin bed. The room we choosed, nr. 307 was ok and clean, at the street side and therefore a little bit noisy in the night. The lift everyday works. Everytimes hot water in the shower. The breakfast contained: Orange- Grapefruitjuice, milk, coffe and tea. Yoghurt, Muesli, eggs,slice cheese,sliced meat, bap, bread and croisant. So we can start saturated in a long day at London. Greetings to the helpful asian girl at the reception”

• Clean rooms, friendly staff
• shower didn't work and there was no satellite TV as advertised on the web-site, batroom door didn't clsoe properly due to the tiles coming up off the floor.

“Overall I enjoyed the stay as the hotel is in a very nice area, close to many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. I would visit again. The only problems were that the shower was broken and that the satellite TV didn't exist!! It would have been more comfortable if the bathroom door had shut correctly.”

• Quartier tres agreable, chambres confortable, bon rapport qualit' prix.
• Difficult's de parking, assez difficile a trouver, absence de rideau de douche, absence de petit dejeuner anglais traditionnel.

“Sejour tres agreable, nous avons pass' peu de temps a l'hotel. Nous avons apprecie la proprete, le confort et le personnel accueillant et devoue.”

• Trato muy amable y entorno cordial.
• Nada especialmente negativo que destacar.

• Ottima colazione
• Ascensore lento

“L'albergo F molto carino, si trova vicino a Kensington Garden in posizione ottimale (F vicino a due uscite della metropolitana, la rossa-centrale e la gialla-circolare), le camere sono grandi e pulite e la colazione F molto abbondante. Comparato ad altri hotel a Londra e nella stessa zona che costano uguali se non di pi' ha veramente un'ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo. Io ci sono gia stata tre volte nel giro di un anno e mi sono trovata sempre molto bene. Lo consiglio vivamente.”
