• I've hated this hotel.
• Refrigerator was something like a Stove,TV set didn't work

“I understand that a room must offer a minimum of comfort, there was not a refrigerator but a genuine stove, I couldn't turn on TV set”

• It was really clean.
• No one understood English.

“I am from America and no one working in this hotel could speak English except the
concierge and he wasn't there all the time so when I needed something no one could help me.”

• Nice location, lots shop and eatery around.
• The guard dog on the southeast corner of the hotel are rude and tasteless, acting like he owns the hotel rude to tenants very disgusting.

“It is on Avenida Revolution, one of the busiest street, only 4 blocks from the Mall, Casino, Cinemex movies, TGIF, Starbucks and also 2 blocks from local flavors taco stands, numerous market behind the hotel, one way street makes it easy to go around, taxis, city bus. Absolutely free WiFi to all, not a dime charged. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, open terrace in the middle added some nice atmosphere, I have never dine at the breakfast buffet because it is American style, I like local flavors when I am travel, tired of the usual eggs, ham waffles. Just around the corner you can get freshly squeeze orange juice for $7 pesos roughly 55 cents US.”

• Very clean, great service.
• Location far from center and not so safe.

“Great facilities, large rooms with all amenities, very courteous and helpful staff, excellent bar and decent restaurant. We did not like the location as it was not only far from the city but there was nothing around it. No restaurants or convenience store. Even though it was a 5 min walk from the excellent metro (Station Los Pinhos) that the city offers the walk at night made us a bit uncomfortable as it was isolated and dark,”
