“It is a hotel mainly for Mexican holidayers. Not much English spoken, and we did not get much service as we were not Mexican. At the last dinner, a Mexican dinner told the waitress to come serve us, after that the meal came and was barely edible.”

“It's very CLEAN and the staff is good. Good room air conditioning (though corridors & elevators are HOT), nice extra big TV, decent beds. It's right on the Costera, so it's an excellent location. Irritating how they charge for bottled water, charge for coffee packets with your coffee maker, charge for parking, etc. But still I would stay here again because the room itself is really good and the price is not too bad.”

“Hotel is ok. Just the fact that the neighbouring area is a big constuction zone makes it not a good stay right now. You cant stand the noise on the beach or at the pool and you wake up at 8am from this as well.”
