• Beds were comfy.
• Trays on corridors for 24 hours.

“On a busy weekend which was very enjoyable the hotel was full. Our room was beautiful and clean. However on our way to & from the lift we passed 5 breakfast trays outside bedroom doors for over 24 hours. This is not 4 star standard & the trays were quite smelly Sunday morning as we left.”

• very helpful staff, clean rooms, great food.
• Hard to find, loud bar .

“This was our first trip to Galway and the hotel was very hard to find. The lobby was very nice and airy. The rooms modern, clean and equipped with all the amenities (iron, coffee pot, hair dryer etc.). The staff were very courteous and helpful. They even printed out driving directions for us. The breakfasts were wonderful and quite filling. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fabulous. We had a room facing the water, but was located over the bar area. The bar was quite loud and kept us awake until early in the morning. I would strongly suggest getting an upper floor away from the bar!!! ”
