• Fine French cuisine in a tropical setting.
• Nobody turned a hair when a rat ran up a tree trunk in the dining room.

“An utterly delightful place to stay, offering peace and tranquility and full of echoes of the Island's history. Tucked away in a secluded woody area, off the main paths, it gives the visitor the impression of sharing in a well-kept secret. You will stay in your own individual cabin, reached by cobbled paths, and walking to the dining room is an experience in itself. The food is magnificent and served in an area which is open to the elements and where nature is all around you, yet at the same time sheltered and intimate. I loved it!”
