“I think this hotel is great for the price. The room I stayed in was newly renovated with a very modern, simple, chic style to it. The sleep number beds are awesome. Great flat screen TV. Happy with the small gymnasium, although they should extend the hours. The location is very convenient to nearby markets, mall, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. everything is within a 5 minute walk.”

“Check-in was not the best. At 8:00 pm on a weeknight, there was only one staff member at the front counter, thus I had to wait for 5 mins before I could check-in. However the check-in process was speedy and the staff member was friendly and courteous. I requested a higher level floor and the staff member honored my request by giving me a room on the top floor. The room was clean and renovated. Firmness adjustable beds was nice. LCD screen TV. Two complaints: 1) The air conditioning had a maximum setting of 18.5C, which was not comfortable enough (It was cooler to open the window!); 2) The control for drain in the bathtub did not raise or lower the plunger correctly. Otherwise, the hotel stay was excellent. Check-out was swift.”

“The rooms had just been re-done and they were very nice. Great TV, beds good, clean and attractive. I loved it! The only negative is that the lobby and restaurant were still being refurbished and the lobby is basically nonexistent, just a couple of folding tables. The restaurant is not functioning at present, but it does offer a limited room service and a very small breakfast buffet located in a conference room. But don't let that deter you, the rooms are great!”

“The allowed me to have a late checkout which greatly accommodated my needs. Room service was excellent. The staff was very kind. I got a free ride to the airport via the hotel shuttle and the gentleman was fantastic.”

“The Radisson President really needs a rehab - carpet in the 8th floor hall and our room was really shabby, stained, outdated. Room decor didn't coordinate well, plus depressing colors, and the most generic hotel art that I've ever seen. Hotel pool was out of commission during our entire 3-day stay. Not set up well for business travelers who need to connect to the internet: no wireless connection and you have to go down to the lobby to sign out a cable to connect. Many rooms will be very noisy when the Sky Train extension down No. 3 road is completed, as the tracks run immediately adjacent to rooms on the north/west of the building. Little housekeeping details need attention - the floor near the soda machine on our floor was super-sticky and dirty and a revolting, sticky, ash-covered garbage can stood outside the main hotel doors.”

“This hotel was probably better to be classified as a 2 or 2.5 star because of the level of linens and bed. Amenities were not up to the standard that I expected.”

“I believe I read that the hotel went through a renovation. I was pretty happy that the room was clean. Good facilities and good location. Hopefully they can keep it up. This is definitely a 3+ stars hotel. We got a corner room; therefore it was slightly small.”

“Radisson was just ok for a night before flying on a very early morning flight which meant I would only spend a few hours in that pretty bad room. Their shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport runs every hour on the hour only, since their driver doubles as a porter as the front desk clerk told me. Carpets old and stained. Drapes in the same condition. The ice bucket had an unidentified big white stain at the bottom. Bathroom wallpaper peeling off and shower curtain ripped at the bottom. You get the picture.”

“In appearance the hotel was quite good some staff good some very mediocre. Room was a disgrace. King and queen in same room left almost no floor space. Desk did not have a lamp and there was no overhead light so it was quite a headache working on computer. ”
