• Good location.
• The hotel looks old, bed was not comfortable.

“Good location to travel attractions, but was located to near a pub and parking space was hard to find. The bed function was completed broken during the second day of our stay.”

• Free parking.
• Poor housekeeping.

“I found a piece of a cracker in my bed, the floor was dirty, the ice bucket and glasses in the room were not refreshed daily and there was a finger nail clipping in the drawer beside the bed. I complained to the front desk, twice, but it did not improve things very much.”

• It was fairly convenient and most of the staff was helpful.
• We were out sightseeing and when we returned to the hotel, our room door was open. The pool & hot tub were not clean.

“Our room was adequate and clean. However, I have never seen such an unclean pool area. The tiles at the bottom of the pool were filthy with what looked like mold or mildew. I was afraid to use the pool or hot tub.”

• Friendly staff, upscale lobby, pool, quiet room.
• The rooms are quite small, food prices very high.

“This hotel is easy to get to from the main highway and airport. The staff is friendly and the main lobby is very classy. There is a nice lounge as well as a restaurant but their prices are very high. We liked the fact that the pool and Jacuzzi were not busy and we basically had them all to ourselves. I would stay there again.”

“This hotel was dreary, dingy and depressing. It is in dire need of remodeling and updating. Good location, but unattractive and uncomfortable accommodations.”

• The hotel has unsanitary housekeeping practices.

“This hotel is a two star hotel. They also do not wash their water glasses and coffer mugs that are provided in the room. A quick rinse by the housekeeper and back on the vanity. Disgusting. Complaints to both the housekeeping manager and the General Manager failed to resolve the issue. The problem remained throughout the four night stay.”

• The bed was very comfortable, and the gym convenient.
• Certain floors were secure, which needed you to swipe your room key.

“The location was good, staff was competent, and the room was very comfortable. We stayed at the same hotel a week earlier and had a dirty room.”

• The pool and lobby looked nice.
• Room was small and noisy.

“The hotel itself was nice, but considering the majority of our time was in the room, I was disappointed with the room size. In addition, there was a continuous machine sound which was annoying.”

• Good amenities and clean hotel lobby.
• The room was horrible. The tube did not drain so you are standing in filth while you shower. The Shower knobs were held together by screws.

“Gross washroom. But they tried to make everything better by offering free lunch.”

• Very friendly staff, easily accessible to airport.
• Seems badly in need of renovation, super slow internet.

“The rooms have a smoky smell and I found a woman's hair on my towel. The staff was really friendly and nice, but that doesn't make up for the quality of the rooms. The equipment in the gym is ancient and rusty.”

• The remodel, the bed sleep number, the lobby.
• The rooms are just a tad small.

“Very good experience, the work that went into the remodel is very well done, the updated look of the bed linens was also appealing, the bed itself a dream. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, just what you'd expect from a higher class establishment! Thanks Radisson!”

• Staff, close to airport.
• Room was in disrepair, nothing was done to correct this problem. I was assaulted twice my partner 3 time. by other hotel persons.

“Our room was in disrepair, there was no available rooms in the hotel. Had to spend 3 sleepless nights, till a room became available as the bed in the room was broken. In addition, my partner and I were assaulted by unsupervised children in the pool (20 - 30) whipping toys across the pool at one another. My partner was also assaulted another time by another patron. Nothing was done by the hotel. We were given inferior product and service. I did not get my money worth.”

• Staff friendly & quick with check in. Room ready & exactly what we wanted. Very accommodating.
• Found restaurant a little expensive - but service good, limited selection.

“Very convenient to airport - allowed us to park our vehicle there at no cost & free shuttle to airport - exactly what we needed. Staff amazing & quick & room ready - no hitches. Room nice - not fancy or extravagant - but perfect for the traveler.”

• It says it is an airport hotel but it is $30 cab ride away from the airport.

“The term airport hotel is deceptive as it is not very close to the airport hotel. This is a deceptive marketing practice. Staff at hotel is great and room was clean.”

• Location, nice lobby and seating area, had a pool.
• The beds were terrible in the room we stayed in.

“The location is perfect for out of town travelers using the airport. We were even able to park our vehicle at the hotel while we were away. They have shuttle service to the airport. The restaurant food was good but the beds in our room were terrible. It is very noisy when you or your neighbor runs water.”

• The entrance atrium was nice.
• The room and furnishings seemed very "budget".

“My room seemed to be a more "budget" oriented room but it was clean and functional. The hotel is actually no where near the airport even though it is has "airport" in its name. On the taxi ride to the hotel from the airport, the taxi passed about 20 other hotels that were closer to the airport. The Delta Airport hotel is the only hotel that is actually at the airport.”
