• he desk person was most helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

“Within walking distance of most things. Had a nice little park across the street. Was near main street but back far enough that it was quiet. Great restaurants and bakeries a block or so away. It is clean and everything worked.”

• In was located in a residential area close to shopping venues
• the area was a little on the low income housing

“The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was short and this hotel was perfect for what we were doing. The room came with a kitchenette so it would be ideal for long term stays. I would purchase a room from this hotel again if I were to stay in Toronto. There was no luxuries and all extras, such as toothpaste needed to be purchased. Sometimes all you need are the basics so you can experience the city fuller.”

• Smelled, small, unsafe neighborhood.

“This was not a hotel by any means. It was an old apartment building that changed into a hotel. This "hotel" is not acceptable for either business or leisure travel I would compare it to a higher class hostel.”

• You can smell the cigarette smoke in the room.

“Excellent location in the fashion district. Everything is within walking distance, 15 to 20 mins and also very close to the entertainment district. Apart from the cigarette smell in the room everthing was great.”

“This hotel was a 2 star. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. The rooms had one single bed and one full size bed right out of leave it to beaver. The neighborhood was not very good either. This was to be a 2 star hotel. I was expecting economy not dumpy. I would never recommend this hotel even in the most desperate times. I ended up going downtown Toronto for a Days Inn and paying another night hotel cost.”

“My wife and I helped move our daughter to Toronto. The hotel was very affordable, close to where we needed to be, very clean. Room had small kitchenette which we did not use however if we go to visit our daughter, we would stay there for several days. Cheap, clean, good location. Parking only four dollars. Central. We walked everywhere.”

“Hotel is in a good location and at a good price. Rooms are small and finishes very low quality. Was very clean, has a kitchenette and two beds. Manager could not help get internet working which was a major disappointment.”

• The only woman's kindness that assists in the entrance of the hotel (front desk).
• The attendance roughness of some receptionists in the hotel front desk.

“The hotel is simple, even so it is comfortable. Its location causes some difficulty for the access of cabs. The system of the hotel with simplified attendance facilitates agility and movement freedom for the guest. It is a good hotel, of economic class, for business traveler in fast trips.”

• Friendly staff. Allowed me to park there beyond check-out time with no extra charges.
• Not a prime downtown location but I knew that going in.

• Hotel had kitchenette, microwave, fridge, sink, free internet; TV, elevator and you could walk to downtown.
• Had to pay for car parking.

“I thought this hotel was good value for the price. It had everything you need and couldn't normally get at other hotels. I would definitely recommend to others or use again.”

• Hotel is in middle of a bad neighborhood and room was dirty w/ black hairs EVERYWHERE?!?!

• It was an easy walk to most parts of Toronto.
• The particular neighborhood was very diverse and a bit West of downtown.

• I paid USD135/night, but I stayed in a hotel should rated USD20/night. No A/C on 32C, old building, bad smell, cold staff.

• Should be $20/night rating, terrible experience, totally been cheating, no A/C on 86F, terrible smoke.
• I paid $135/night but stayed in a place should charge $20/night. I am totally been cheating.

“I trusted it and was willing to pay us$135/night. But it was totally a terrible experience. They are in a bad neighborhood, a very bad building, A/C not working with terrible smoke. Staff are cold with no sense of feeling. We know for sure this hotel has his way to cheat. Anyone who book this hotel will be next victim, especially now is Summer.”
