“The A/C did not work properly, the rooms were wet (water dripping from the ceiling), cable TV did not have a signal so that there was no TV at all, etc. The worst thing was that - even though nothing really worked - I still had to pay resort fees. If the hotel weren't prepaid, I would have canceled my reservation and looked for a hotel on my own.”
