  • Pool.
  • Lack of gym.

“Hotel was a fantastic location but unfortunately some of the details in the books were inaccurate and somewhat misleading. For example, there is no gym and this was one of the selling points in us choosing this hotel. The gym consists of an exercise bike -which we were unable to adjust which sits at the side of the swimming pool! The air quality overall in the city is poor which one might expect but the room was exceptionally hot and would be unbearable during the summer months. We had to sleep with the window open, as air con was both dehydrating and noisy (we went in April although weather was hot) and therefore as location is very central and opposite a pole dancing club is very noisy. We were also overcharged for breakfast which when we questioned there was no apology. The minibar is also exceptionally expensive even by mini bar standards! There is no iron in the room as only an ironing room on the third floor. Cleanliness was excellent however and the pool was very nice.”

  • Reasonable internet costs; very polite staff.
  • Windows didn't open, air-conditioning very ineffective.

“Wonderful staff, nice location. Pricy but very comfortable. Very poor air-conditioning and not open able windows in all rooms, though.”
