• Good location, a lot of stores and restaurants near by. Funny staff.
• There where stores downstairs and they had loud music.

“The location was good, the staff where friendly. The breakfast is not included, but if you dont like traffic this is not the hotel for you is right by La Plaza Mayor but there are a lot of people, the rooms where remodels and nice.”

• I was pleasantly impressed with the proximity to sightseeing opportunities.
• I did not realize that two blocks away was located a tough neighborhood.

• Central location
• room was cold in the evenings

“Good central location, although taxi driver & several of his colleagues had difficulty finding the hotel! Quite noisy in the evenings, but expected this with central location. Room of good standard, contemporary feel and good cleanliness. Staff pleasant and check in / out process no problems.”

• THe hotel has a perfect location, short walking distance to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and The Prado museum, shopping area, restaurants and bars.
