The butler service was excellent. Very professional, though not humble, which is very good.
We had a farewell party in the Italian restaurant. Food was good, but they paid little attention to what we ordered, because we got the wrong dishes, and one of them was cold. Bad performance.

“We travel frequently to China, and stayed in many different hotels. This hotel was one of the best. The staff was friendly, and punctual, butler service excellent. We had booked one Mandarin suite and one Grand Luxor suite. I can recommend this hotel. You get value for your money.”
