  • Comfort of the room.
  • Having to pay for TV channels

“Sofitel has a solid reputation for the quality of its hotels and the Sofitel Roma is no exception. The location is great, except for the walk up a steep hill. Otherwise it's around the corner from the Piazza Di Spagna, the Spagna metro, Via Veneto and a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Popolo. The rooms are a nice size, some with a balcony. All are impeccably clean and comfortable, with some of the best beds Iżve ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel restaurant is decent and has a very good breakfast selection. The staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. The front desk and porters are always ready to assist with directions or the best route to take to specific attractions. Would return to the Sofitel anytime”
