• lounge a bit disappointing

• Shower in room 270 did not work correctly ran very hot and freezing hold

“Didn't know that full breakfast was not included in the price I paid prior to booking.
Was put in room above kitchens and informed that the fans would go on at 7am which was fine but then they came on at 6am......
First room I was booked into was a twin when I asked for a double was not told of this when checking in had to return to reception.
Second room much better apart from that shower.
The gentleman who drove us to the airport was superb as was the staff in the restaurant at night who were obviously having a terrible night but still found the time to make us feel very welcome and the food was briliant.
Well done to them”

“Having an early flight to catch we checked out before breakfast time. Breakfast is included in the room rate and while your rates are competitive, may be some consideration could be given to guests who have an early check out. This could be a lower rate, or possibly a light breakfast in the foyer (continental?.”

“Very polite professional reception staff, coupled with a breakfast to die for makes this hotel an excellent stop off point for Edinburgh Airport.”

• The room was clean and quite spacious with a pleasant outlook.
• The shower area was too small, and the bathroom was cold.

“The location of the Quality Hotel was ideal for me as a business traveller....near to the airport and just opposite the Highland Hall.
The courtesy bus to and from the hotel was another plus.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
After booking online, I was not disappointed with the service or facillities. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at the good standard of the hotel.”
