• Poor customer service.

“I had confirmed reservations, paid for and processed through my credit card. Upon arrival, poor, rude service and was denied a room. Beware confirmation means nothing! Use a more reliable, familiar hotel that you can trust.”

• Hotel shuttle on time.
• No air conditioning (staff did bring fan).

“No in room hair dryer, tub narrow, shower head too low, restaurant service very poor, watched someone pay more than reservation cost because hotel was full.”
