• Tropical setting with all of the amenities and reserved parking space at no additional charge.

“Highly recommended especially after our nightmare hotel in Ohau. Very close to beaches and viewing of Maui's beautiful sunsets.”

• The room has two bathrooms, many amenities provided such as toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, washer/dryer. Overall, very comfortable stay.
• Overall, I am very happy with this hotel. I cannot think of anything I do not like.

“We had a good time in Maui, the hotel room is just what we needed. I stayed in Kamaole Sands for 5 days, which is located right across from Kamaole III beach. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen and a private Lanai. Overall, we really like it there.”

• The 2 bathrooms made quickly in and out from the condo very nice and easy.
• Could have been a bit cleaner. Housekeeping was not consistent.

“This was a very nice condo community. We had an average room, many more were better decorated. But for our needs, which were to sleep at night, eat breakfast, and shower after the beach it was perfect. We would use again.”

• The size of the condo was unbelievable.
• I did not like the bug that greeted us on our night.

“Overall, I was very pleased with our stay. The condo was very large compared to our stay at Outrigger hotel last year. Some guest talked a lot about possible bugs (roaches). We only saw one on our first night and none there after. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We were minutes from the beach, eateries, and shopping.”

• Beautiful grounds.
• Room in substandard condition.

“The grounds were very nice and the help and staff efficient and friendly. as we entered the unit we were placed in, stained carpet greeted us, in the kitchen the refrigerator exterior was rusty and the oven door had peeling paint, the bathroom cabinetry was deteriorating even one of the bathroom faucets was falling apart.”

• Room was dated, old brown dirty carpet.

“Pool and exterior is excellent, I have stayed there before, but this room 5-310 was gross. Old brown carpet. Looks like it was last changed in 1972. Kitchen was from mid sixties. Same oven. Did not like this stay at all.”

• Great location. Very functional. Good kitchen and nice amenities.
• Had a tendency to be loud at night. Easy to hear other people.

• Everything about the condo was great!

“The condo was clean, very well lay out and furnished, and was right across the street from the beach! The great location allowed for all kinds of shops and dining facilities right within walking distance. Definitely highly recommended.”

“Great unit with a great price. Staff very helpful, traveled with my partner and our daughter. Grounds are very nice, pool and spa open until 10 pm, right across the street from the beach, too m any great things to mention. It was a great experience!”

• The location was perfect for our needs. Quiet near beaches and attractions.
• The second bed (futon in the main room) was a little small. As a group of four we needed two good sized beds.

“It was a very nice condo, with room for four although the second bed was a small double futon, and we could have used something a bit larger. It would have been perfect for three. If your looking for a quiet area near beaches and away from the hustle of the resorts, this place is a perfect choice. Full kitchen and two baths, one bedroom and a futon in the main room. A great choice for a family getaway.”

• The place was very roomy- great for a family, group of friends or couples.
• It was disappointing to have them fumigate the place while we were there- oh, and I must have seen about 100 dead cockroaches outside the condo!

“The condo has a very homely feel- great for families or couples who want to make use of full kitchen facilities, including blenders and utensils. I would not recommend this place for honeymooners- it is not particularly romantic! Staying in Kaanapali or Lahaina (West Maui) is definitely more expensive, but well worth it. On a side note, I noticed my allergies acting up at this place, and I saw many dead cockroaches- but they were all outside the condo itself.”

• Liked the location. Since the rooms are privately owned it's hit or miss on the condition of the room.
• I did not like the condition of the rooms because they varied from one to another since they are privately owned.

“We stayed here last year and had a ball. We were upgraded to a two bedroom that was awesome. The staff is very nice and accommodating This year we stayed in a one bedroom, which was fine, but we had to move from one room to another one, because of the location of the room and the fact that the patio door did not work. We moved to our second room to find that it was not kept up as far as flooring, bathroom, etc. It was still alright, but that is the only thing we weren't happy with, and the fact that the television was from the 70's and didn't have a remote control. Each room is hit or miss.”

• Great location and very comfortable.
• No complains. Completely met expectations.

“Great place if you are looking for a condo lifestyle. Great pool. Not crowded. Apartments, spacious, clean with all appliances needed even washer and dryer. Great for people who likes to move around the island and change beaches, and have stay in doors at midday.”

• The reservation clerk who we first saw was very helpful??also beach accesories left in the room very convenient
• the room didn't feel clean. it had an old smell

“This facility was fine for the price. It is by no means a five star hotel, but it served its purpose. Bonuses at this location were the beach accesories provided ( boogie boards, tubes, beach chairs, and an umbrella). The location was awesome. It was right across the street from the beach and near reasonably priced shops and a grocery store.”

• The grounds are beautiful. The room was tired but nice needs a update
• The curtains were rotten and falling down. In need of new paint and carpet.

“The drive up has a very nice appeal. Good location off main road. Excellent access to bypass highway. Room was tired but very clean. It was in need of new curtains carpet and paint. Water preasure was excellent. Security was great. I loved the spiral staircase to the master bedroom. Beautiful oak colored. First morning you are offered breakfast with a scope of the island on what to do, along with tours from them. We did not attend. I would return to this condo.”
