“We stayed here one night and left the next morning. The rooms are dark and damp, and very old. There has been some remodeling, but it appears to be purely cosmetic. The beds are honestly by far the worst I have ever experienced. Even my 6 and 8 year old kids said they could not sleep, and they can sleep anywhere. The "complimentary breakfast" consists of canned pineapple, some type of orange colored beverage, individually wrapped muffins from a vending machine, terrible coffee, and an employee who seems to hate her job. Overall, you are much, much better off paying a little more and finding another hotel.”

“We paid $150 for what we thought was going to be a four star hotel, what we got was a dorm room in a filthy one star hotel. Honestly I will never use your service again. I have been a customer in the past and have never had any problems. This was the last day of our trip, we were passing through Honolulu for one night hoping for a wonderful end to our trip, instead we felt cheated.”

“First room smelled of cigarette smoke so we asked to be moved. After getting a little upset they moved us to a non smoking room which was much better. The pool is quite small. Valet parking ($9.37 per day). Continental breakfast could have been better and located somewhere other than the 16th floor. During re mod of the penthouse, one elevator is assigned for that, elevator wait time is long. 2 elevators for 16 floors. Lobby is under re mod also but should be nice when completed. For the price it wasn't so bad. We didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway. All in all it was a good stay. One little item to note. The bathroom doesn't have a vent fan so ya might want to buy a can of air freshener from the ABC store downstairs.”
