• Staff fabulous, everything about this hotel was wonderful.
• Pedicure was awful, operator unfriendly.

“We usually stay at the four seasons because of their wonderful service, must say that the service at this hotel compared to the best anywhere, staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. This property is immaculate and beautiful.”

• Excellent beach resort.
• One of the restaurants was closed for renovations during our stay.

“What a great resort! We spent the first week of our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! Our room had a spectacular view of the mountains, golf course and ocean. The room was clean and a nice size. We were there in June so the resort was only about half full, it was great, never crowded. The beach is gorgeous and with an activity card you are able to use the snorkel gear, sea kayaks and rafts as much as you like. There is a sea turtle resting place on the grounds and the turtles literally swim by all day! This is how I picture Hawaii, beautiful and relaxing and the sunsets were stunning! We spent our second week in Maui and wished we had never left the Orchid.”
