• Staff was nice.
• Hygiene.

“My fiancee and I are just back from the reef hotel and it was terrible! The food was rubbish, we would be sitting eating our food at night and birds and ants would be going over the food that we were eating. We have been ill since we have been back. The hygiene was shocking cups never got washed properly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. We spent a lot to get there and it was a waste of money! Entertainment was very poor!”

“My husband and I just returned from the reef and we enjoyed it. We really didn't have any problems. For you people that gripe about the staff not speaking English duh you must remember that the main language spoken in Mexico is Spanish. All of the staff was very pleasant. The beach was not big but overall I was pleased. I loved the layout of the hotel and I¿m glad that it didn't look like most hotels which are plain and boring. I believe the people that gripe about this hotel forgot that it is only a 3.5 star and they were expecting a 5 star hotel.”
