• Staff was friendly but should have moved us immediately.
• Sewage smell. Roaches, broken alarm clock, bad shower.

“The standard rooms were horrible. Too small, old bathroom, shower curtain does not work and floods the bathroom. Room smelled of sewage and roaches. Staff was friendly, but don't have any problems at night.”

• Everything. Location, staff, pool, size. We walked the area and this was the best hotel for the money.
• Do not get a room with a cement bed frame - too hard!

“The staff remember our name, the location was choice, as it was not too far from parking our car but not too close to all the noise that you can get from bars and nightlife on 5th Ave - which is the place to go for everything. The pool had a great lay out and the sun deck was a special treat, hidden at the top of the dinning area. The food at the restaurant was great and they even cooked up our fresh catch of Mahi Mahi for our party of 10 at a really great price and taste! The size of the hotel was especially nice, since there were only about 20 or so rooms, so the pool or lounge area never felt crowded. I loved it so much, I would only suggest it to the closest of friends since I want to keep it as my own special find.”

• Front desk could have been more helpful and had more info on local activities.
