• The staff was very accomadating and went above my expectations.

“I felt that the hotel was very nice and the staff was competent. I was impressed with the view from the pool and the rooms.”

• The location of the hotel was excellent, a short walk to the major shopping area.
• The rooms were small, and there was no available clock in the room.

“The hotel generally was good value, although there was no clock in the room and it was on the small side, bathroom was a good size, and the shower was large.”

• Better than I expected. Very nice view on roof top pool area.
• Room a little small but is expected in HK.

• Very clean, upscale, and friendly staff.
• Too far from airport.

“It is a very nice hotel, too far from the airport takes about an hour to hotel, ok for a longer stay. The shuttle from airport/hotel is USD17.00ow per person, cab will be too expensive. They do provide a free shuttle to the mall but only runs every hour. Pay a little more and get a room overlooking the harbor and hope it will be a clear day.”

• It had an incredible view of the Hong Kong Harbor.
• There were a few stains on the carpet.

“This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a suite which was only about $30 more a night and was well worth every penny. The room was awesome and big with a stunning view of the harbor. A MTR train station to get around the whole city was very close by. Suite guests have access to the Panorama Lounge which serves free appetizers and drinks at sunset every night. The pool on the roof offers a stunning view of the city as well. I highly recommend this hotel.”
