• Have nice executive floor.
• Too far out of the way, not convenient to anything.

“This place is awful, location is the worst. There is no clock in room. Massive amount of noise from being under construction. Without selling to tour groups I wonder if they would have any business.”

• It had a shopping mall underneath and the free shuttle bus to town these things were great.
• It was far away from Downtown, restaurants were too expensive, and there weren't many alternatives in the area.

“I really liked this hotel. It was excellent value for money, but it was not in a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone traveling with a partner or friend. It was a bit expensive with only me.”

• Nothing - it was awful.
• Rooms smelled, were dirty, towels ragged. Lobby was clean & spacious.

“The hotel is conveniently located close to MTR. It is old and in much need of Reno to update. Rooms smelled dirty, carpets weren't vacuumed, bathroom tiles had mildew, toilets were rusty, towels were ragged and over used, beds were hard, but the sheets were clean.”
